On 9/27/18 Mount Carmel Police arrested Chad M. Covalt, age 30, of Mount Carmel, for Driving While License Suspended following a traffic stop at Bellmont St. & Copp Ave.  Covalt was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was charged and held pending the posting of a $150 cash bond.
