On 9/8/18 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Adam L. Payne, age 28, of Keensburg, on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant.  Payne was located as a passenger in a vehicle stop in the 900 block of N Mulberry Street.  Payne was arrested and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was served the warrant and held on a $200 cash bond.
