On 8/24/18 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Heather M. Hall, age 30, of Mt. Carmel on a Wabash County Warrant for Failure to Appear.  Hall was located in the 400 block of Cedar Street and placed under arrest.  Hall was transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was issued the warrant and held pending the posting of a $500 cash bond.
