07/06/2018-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 32 year old Clayton S. Kirkman on a Lawrence County probation violation warrant.  Police saw Kirkman in the 200 block of Walnut Street and placed him under arrest.  Kirkman was later transferred to the Lawrence County Jail where he was held pending the posting of bond.
