Mt. Carmel Police were called to McDonalds reference a fight between two employees.  When police arrived on scene a witness stated he observed a male employee strike a female employee in the face.  Police arrived on scene and determined the two employees were actually a married couple.  Police identified the male subject as 23 year old Kyle W. Dyson of Mt. Carmel.  Dyson was arrested on one count of domestic battery.  Dyson was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he is being held pending the setting and posting of bond.  The victim did not require medical attention.
