On 06.11.18 at 5:34 p.m. the Wabash County Sheriff's Office conducted a vehicle stop on a 2006 Jeep on E 640 Rd. in the rural Lancaster area.  The driver, Joseph A. Stevens,36 of Lancaster , was found to have a suspended driver's license.  Stevens was taken to the Wabash County Jail where he was held on a $150 cash bond.
