On 5/17/18 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Brandon L. Banks, age 36, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant. Banks was located in the 300 of North Division Street. Banks was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was held on a $200 cash bond.
