Mt. Carmel Police arrested 26 year old Zachary M. Peach of Mt. Carmel after he was observed in the area of 9th and Walnut Street.The arresting officer knew Peach was wanted on a Wabash County failure to appear warrant.Peach was taken into custody and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was held pending the posting of $200.00 cash.
