02/18/2018-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 41 year old Donna M. Angle of Sumner after she was stopped by police for a traffic violation.  During the traffic stop it was discovered that Angle was driving on a suspended driver’s license.  Angle was placed under arrested and transported to the Wabash County Jail.  A passenger in the vehicle was identified as Jean C. Baptiste, age 25, of Homestead, Florida was cited for illegal transportation of alcohol.
