02/14/2018-A domestic dispute resulted in two individuals being arrested on drug charges.  Mt. Carmel Police were called to the 400 block of Cedar Street reference a domestic situation.  MCPD Officers arrived on scene and located narcotics and drug paraphernalia inside of the residence.  Police arrested 30 year old Heather M. Hall and 29 year old Thomas E. Fugate of Mt. Carmel.  Both subjects were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine.  Hall and Fugate were transported to the Wabash County Jail where they were held pending the posting of bond.
