02/11/2018-Mt. Carmel Police arrested Justin D. Spear, age 20, of Mt. Carmel after police stopped his vehicle.  Police received a complaint of a reckless driver driving a 2014 Chevrolet.  Police were able to locate the vehicle and stopped it after it disobeyed the stop sign at 12th and Market Street.  During the traffic stop K-9 Ace alerted on the vehicle and a search was conducted.  Police reported finding drug paraphernalia and unopened alcohol inside of the vehicle.  Spear was arrested and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.  Spear was released after posting bond.
