12/09/2018-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 54 year old Kimberly A. Blackwell of Flat Rock after she was stopped by Mt. Carmel Police.  Blackwell was stopped and arrested for having a Wabash County failure to appear warrant.  Blackwell was transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was served the warrant and held pending the posting of bond.
