11/25/2018-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 33 year old Matthew R. Howard of Mt. Carmel at his residence in the 1100 block of Market Street in Mt. Carmel.  Police knew Howard had a felony warrant for violating an order of protection.  Police took Howard into custody and transported him to the Wabash County Jail where he was held pending the posting of $1,000.00 cash bond.
