On 11/22/18 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Kaleigh C. Singer, age 26, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Warrant for Failure to Appear.  Singer was observed in the 1200 block of N Walnut Street where she was placed under arrest and transported to the Wabash County Jail.  Upon arrival Singer was served the warrant and held on a $1000 cash bond.
