On 11/25/17 at 2:34pm Mt. Carmel Police arrested 57 year old Mt. Carmel resident Billy J. Glassco for a Wabash County Warrant for Failure to Appear. Glassco was observed in the 400 block of West 2nd Street and placed under arrest. Glassco was transported to the Wabash County Jail and held on a $500.00 cash bond.
