Barbara Ann Goldman, 73, of Mount Carmel, Illinois, passed away Sunday, May 7, 2023, at Oakview Nursing and Rehab.  She was born on November 21, 1949, in Princeton, Indiana, the daughter of Noble and Frances (Montgomery) Goldman.

 Barbara worked as a CNA in various nursing homes.  She loved to help people, which made her an excellent caregiver.  She had attended Indiana Wesleyan Christian University, was strong in her Christian Faith and enjoyed reading her Bible.  Barbara enjoyed cooking and watching western movies, especially Gun Smoke.  She was avid in researching family genealogy.  Barbara had a good sense of humor and loved her family dearly.  She loved keeping up with her great nieces and nephews’ activities.  Barbara was a loving sister and aunt who will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

 Barbara leaves behind sisters, Donna Hockgeiger and husband, Tim, Sharon Bruce; brother, Noble Goldman, Jr., and wife Carol; many loved nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. 

 Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Martha Lloyd; and brother, Jackie Goldman.

 Family and friends are invited to gather for a Visitation from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., Thursday, May 11, 2023, in the Chapel of Keepes Funeral Home. 

 Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, May 11, 2023, at White Church Cemetery in Gibson County Indiana.
