Amy Amanda Shea, 38

Amy Amanda Shea, 38, of Crossville, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at home surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on August 30, 1983 in Evansville, IN, the daughter of George Shea and Janice Hudson.

Amy will be remembered as a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend to many. She had many health issues throughout her life but always remained positive. On her trips to daily dialysis treatments, she would always bless a homeless person with a meal and a smile. Amy loved her family and treasured her time with her children. She loved doing arts and crafts; while making memories with her children. Amy was happiest at home on her back porch with a cup of coffee enjoying the outdoors. She also enjoyed listening to rap music and swimming when she was able. Amy loved animals especially her dog who she spoiled with feeding her candy. Amy will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Amy will be remembered by her son, Riley Rayborn; daughter, Makiya Shea; father, George Shea; mother, Janice (Robert) Hudson; sisters, Carie (Brandon) Weir, and Tiffany (Jason) Byrns; brother, Brett Hudson; paternal grandmother, Ethel “Jane” (Gray) Shea of Omro, WI; maternal grandmother, June Angel of PA; nephews, Noah Weir and Hunter Byrns; nieces, Maddisyn Weir, and Kenzie Byrns; many loved cousins and friends.

Amy was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Kenneth Shea; and maternal grandfather, Michael McClure.

Family and friends are invited to gather for a Visitation from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 11, 2022 in the Chapel of Keepes Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 11, 2022 in the Chapel of Keepes Funeral Home Pastor Stephen Freels officiating. A Private Family Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made directly to George Shea to help offset final expenses. Envelopes will be at the funeral home or can be mailed to Keepes Funeral Home, 1500 North Cherry Street, Mount Carmel, IL 62863.
