The funeral service for Loretta Garrett was held Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at the First Christian Church Disciples of Christ. Reverend Virgil Knipp and Reverend Sue Knipp conducted the service. It included Prayer, Scripture Readings, Eulogy and Message. Music included “When They Ring the Golden Bells” and “How Great Thou Art” sung by Danielle Dedrick, accompanied by Marilyn Hocking. Marilyn also played prelude and postlude music. The burial service was conducted by Reverend Virgil Knipp and Reverend Sue Knipp at Owensville Cemetery, Owensville, Indiana. Pallbearers were Melvin Hocking, Ken Burkitt, Ray Street, Jon Mayhue, Ryan Lovellette and Stephen Lovellette. Short-Cunningham Funeral Home was honored to serve the Garrett family.
