Rick A. Meadows, 64, of Mount Carmel, Illinois, passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Wabash General Hospital. He was born on January 15, 1955 in Richland County, Illinois, the son of Harold and Juanita (Buckles) Meadows.

Rick loved his family and his grandchildren were his pride and joy. He was very knowledgeable with trucks and loved working on them. Rick worked at Pacific Press & Shear and was also a truck driver hauling sand and gravel. In his free time, he enjoyed being outdoors and fishing. Rick was a member of the Church of Christ in Mount Carmel. He will be missed by his family and all who knew him.

Rick will be remembered by his children, Tim (Christina) Meadows of Claremont, IL; Mike (Rebekah) Meadows of Evansville, IN; four grandchildren; two brothers, Larry (Sherry) Meadows of Mount Carmel and Lonnie (Martha) Meadows of Bridgeport, IL; many loved nieces and nephews.

Rick was preceded in death by his parents and infant brother, Dennis Wayne Meadows.

A Memorial Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 25, 2019 at the Church of Christ, 2400 N. Cherry Street, Mount Carmel. A Memorial Service will begin at 11:00 a.m. at the Church with Jim Burns officiating.
