Bunny Gale (Morgan) Colclasure, 62, passed away in the early morning hours on Sunday, June 3, 2018, at home in her own bed, being held lovingly in the arms of her daughter, Tonie Marriott. 

Bunny was living in Destin, Florida at the time of her death but was a long-time resident of Mt. Carmel, IL.  She was born July 7, 1955, in Mt. Carmel, the daughter of Jim and Laura (Lambert) Morgan.

Bunny Gale was a graduate of Mt. Carmel High School, Class of 1973, where she was a proud and enthusiastic cheerleader for Mt. Carmel Golden Aces sports teams. 

She married C. Gene Colclasure in 1990, and he preceded her in death in 1998. 

Bunny worked in the casino gambling industry for several years, beginning her career at Casino Aztar in Evansville, IN, as a card and dice game dealer.  She went on to work on the Alton Belle Riverboat Casino in Alton, IL where she was promoted to Dice Game Pit Boss. Bunny concluded her career working as a Senior Pit Boss on Victory Casino Cruises out of Cape Canaveral, FL.  

She was a devout Christian and loved attending Jacob's Well Church in Mt. Carmel while living there, as well as any time she came home to visit.

Bunny Gale will be lovingly remembered by her children, Tonie Marriott of Destin, FL, Mike Clark of Peoria, IL, Tally Adams of Denton, TX, and step-daughter, Pagan Colclasure of Carmi, IL; grandchildren, Livia Clark, Seth Clark, Robyn Adams, Morgan Evans, Wyatt Adams and Cody Adams; brothers, Jay Morgan and Chuck Morgan, both of Mt. Carmel; half-sister, Candy Brady of New York State; cousin (whom Bunny thought of as a sister) Mindy Majors of Mt. Carmel; dear aunts Karen Boyd, Judy Lambert, Lynn Hinderliter and Bonnie Powers. She is also survived by several cousins, with whom she was close.

Bunny was preceded in death by her parents; husband; uncles, Tom Lambert and Butch Lambert, and aunt Earlene Harms.

Funeral Services will be 4:00 p.m., Friday, June 8, 2018, in the Chapel of Keepes Funeral Home, with Shane Whetstone officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Cemetery in Mt. Carmel.

Family and friends may gather for a Visitation from 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., Friday, June 8, 2018, in the Chapel of Keepes Funeral Home.
