FUNERAL REPORT

Funeral Services were held at 12:00 p.m., November 17, 2018 in the Chapel of Keepes Funeral Home to honor the life of Marilyn S. Moore.  Pastor Deron Colgan officiated the service and was assisted by Pastor David Shain.  Pastor Shain opened the services with an opening prayer, scripture passages and prayer.  Musical selection during the service included, “How Great thou Art” and “In the Garden”.  Pastor Colgan read the obituary and offered words of remembrance.  He also shared a special condolence letter written on behalf of the International Society for Clinical Laboratory Technology for all of Marilyn’s devoted service to the organization throughout the years.  Jennifer Colgan sang, “Go Rest High on that Mountain”.  Burial took place in Bethel Cemetery in Wayne County, Illinois where she was laid to rest next to her beloved husband, Stephen Moore.  Pallbearers were Alex Shain, Beau Hadra, Tim Eyer, Bobbie Weir, Danny Eyer and Steve Smith.  Honorary pallbearers were Mark Birenbaum and John Fisher.  Keepes Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Marilyn S. Moore.
