Corrie L. Gompf, 38, of Bellmont, Illinois passed away on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at her home.  She was born on January 31, 1979 in San Diego, CA the daughter of Roy and Debbie (Garman) Wright.  Corrie married Andy Gompf and he survives her in death.

Corrie loved her family especially her kids.  Among Corrie’s hobbies, she enjoyed crafting and reading.  She was a graduate of Edwards County High School Class of 1998. 

Corrie will be remembered by her parents, Roy and Debbie (Garman) Wright; husband, Andy Gompf of Bellmont; son, Ryan Haught of Bellmont; daughter, Taylor Haught of Bellmont; brother, Donnie (Jamaira) Simpson of West Salem; maternal grandfather, Don (Sharon) Garman; along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.  Corrie will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her.

Corrie was preceded in death by her grandmother, Helen Garman.

A celebration of Corrie’s life will be held at a later date along with a Graveside Service at Samaria Missionary Baptist Cemetery in Albion, IL.
