Wabash County has decided to go it alone in putting together a new Records Management System for the Sheriff’s department. Sources indicate that Wabash County negotiators weren’t happy with the terms during negotiations with Richland County. Edwards County had dropped out earlier during talks. So, the local agencies involved will now try to put the finishing touches on the most cost-effective deal they can present for approval.
