WHERE:                   I-57 southbound at milepost 154 – (approx. 5 miles south of Effingham)

WHEN:                      07/15/2019, 8:37 AM         

VEHICLES:              UNIT 1 – White 2007 Chevrolet Pickup

DRIVER:                   UNIT 1 – Brandon J. Fanno, age 26 of New Castle, PA (FATALITY)

TRANSPORTS:       UNIT 1 – Muncy’s Auto

PRELIMINARY:     Preliminary investigative details indicate, unit one traveled off the roadway to the right into the tree line, where it rolled over.  No seatbelt was worn and the driver was ejected.
