City Council Addresses Fall Leaf Pickup Situation
Leaf season is just around the corner and the city is already fielding inquiries about what residents should do with their leaves. At Monday’s City Council meeting, Marshall Thomason, who lives in the 300 block of East 9th Street, asked the council what plans are in place after the leaf vac program was discontinued last year because of budget constraints..
